The best part is - there is enough for everyone! Here's our guide for the best photo locations in Oia:

1. Oia cliffside - located on the Western side of Oia, the cliffside overlooks the colorful buildings of the town as well as the famous windmill.

2. Anastasis church - those blue domes are probably the most recognizable church domes in Greece. Countless of photos are taken here every year. This area is private though and you will need to either stay at a hotel within the walled off area or ask for permission to enter and take a photo.

3. Amoudi Bay - located right next to the cliffside, this light pink/orange hued area is so picturesque, you've probably seen it all over Instagram. Be sure to stop by earlier during the day as it gets extremely crowded around sunset due to its location.

4. Sunset over the bay - hundreds if not thousands of people head to this side of Oia to watch the sunset. It is truly spectacular every single time but be prepared for big crowds. If you prefer a less hectic experience go for sunrise or during the day.
