Bonete track
Track in the middle of Atlantic forest in Ilhabela from Ponta do Sepituba until Praia do Bonete. Be prepared for a 12km 5-6 hour trekking! There are 3 waterfalls on the way to make strategic stops to relax and full up the bottles of water. The end part is totally in the sun (not many trees) so take a hat and lots of water! Also important to go with the right shoes! When you get there talk to the locals to arrange a boat for the way back. Important: Check the weather ahead, not nice to go there on rainy days because the track will be muddy and the sea dangerous for the way back!
