Away from the touristy rumble, In the 10th arrondissement of Paris, follow the smells of warm cinnamon maple syrup and hot buttermilk biscuits, and you’ll find this quaint little breakfast joint called Holybelly...or as i like to call it “Gastronomy Heaven”!! This brunch restaurant is a favorite for the locals and for the tourist who desire the experience of a local. Holybelly has a very simple menu with flavors that are far from basic. The most popular dish is their Magic Combo pancakes, fried eggs & bacon! I returned twice for this dish. It is the best pancakes I’ve ever had!

And to top it all off...their coffee is delicious! Whether its top of the morning, an afternoon restart or just a grey day in Paris, Holybelly’s coffee is where you want to sip on some caffeinated goodness.
A Latte of Love
Holybelly is open everyday of the week from 9am until 5pm. They do not accept reservations. Because its such a popping spot, expect to wait in line during peak hours (especially on weekends).
