tuk-tuk in south ceylon
in spring 2019 i visited Sri Lanka. after some time home i can definitely say that i left my heart there. I really love Europe and i have some favs here but this beautiful island got me. atmosphère was incredible, poeple there were so so nice and food was delicious. I can say that everything was perfect.
But what i want to talk about is this amazing little car, if it’s even a car, named, TUK-TUK. like, wtf?? It’s small, it’s soooo cool and it’s literally tricycle. I made this picture one afternoon when i was heading to the apartment and i sooo glad that i did it. even if there are, like, 4 mini cars and nothing more, i can feel so much about the real Ceylon. Thi. Tuk-tuk is perfect way to transportation. It small, fast, cheap and who know their island more than local who is driving it..
My advice? Take tuk-tuk when you want travel from one beach to another.. Or to see big statue of Buddha.
