Our secret spots

The waterfall in Whangarei (North Island) might be not that secret but i think you wouldn't notice it unless you’re looking for it. I was so surprised, because it felt like the waterfall is right in the city. You just had to turn to a parking lot from the main street, go down some stairs and there appears this big and beautiful waterfall.

Besides the fact of the easy access. I think this waterfall is a really good spot for instagram pics ;)

This beach was pretty secret for us. There was nobody than us and we felt like we found a glimpse of paradise. I don't know if it‘s actually a secret spot but if you approach Whangarei search for Whale bay. It‘s totally worth a visit. I hope you will be as lucky as we‘ve been and have this beach all to your self.
