Bill & Coo Boutique Hotel, Mykonos

I first traveled to Mykonos in August of 2018, during the week of the famed XLSIOR Festival. It was my first visit to Greece, and my expectations were high from years of hearing the hype. Some friends had recommended that I stay at the 5-star Bill & Coo Hotel. When an infinity pool overlooking the Aegean is just the beginning of a hotel’s charms, you know you’ve made the right decision. The pool ended up being the primary meetup spot for my friends and I throughout the festival weekend.

The hotel is located about a mile south of Mykonos town, making it close enough to walk to, yet far enough to enjoy some much-needed peace and relaxation after nights of partying. Since I had a few friends staying at the hotel, I was able to experience several of the 32 guest rooms – each of which was more impressive than the last. Every single room had a private balcony with an ocean view, and some even had private pools and hot tubs.
