The Mandala Hotel, situated in Berlin’s vibrant Potsdamer Platz district, is a glorious five star hotel that pulls out all the stops.
The interiors are decadent and luxurious and yet retain a homely charm and small details are considered; a pillow menu, local vegan toiletries and fresh fruit in the room. There’s a noticeable focus on German design including the mattresses and 100% cotton bed linen.
The amenities at the hotel are as impressive as the bedrooms. It’s by far the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced complete with bottles of Veuve Cliquot and a ‘the kitchen will cook whatever you want’ approach. Can I move in?

If you’re looking to truly unwind the ONO Spa is an oasis amidst the bustling city and features incredibly modern treatments such as sound and vibration therapy as well as traditional options such as hot stone massage.
The location is perfect. It’s just a stone’s throw from some of the most famous landmarks in the city including the Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag Building, Checkpoint Charlie and the Holocaust Memorial as well as plenty of vibrant bars and restaurants.
