Maison Premiere offers one of the top oyster selections and inventive absinthe menu. My personal favorite is their table-side sazerac service. The bar offers nearly three dozen varieties of East and West Coast oysters (depending on seasonality) and the largest absinthe collection in the city.

This is the perfect date spot or simply to hang with friends.

During the week there is a killer oyster happy hour, it can get crowded during the peek hours but its all so worth NYC’s best oyster program and cocktails made by expert bartenders. Table-side Sazerac Service is a nice added touch. It is pricier but worth the dramatic flair.
